MY STORY . . . 

Keeping fit and active has always been a passion of mine which first led me into dancing. After graduating from Doreen Bird College of  Dance and Musical Theatre, I worked as a dancer on Cruise ships and had the opportunity to take part in theatre work and commercials. 

 

After hanging up my dance shoes, I found a new passion for teaching Fitness classes and have gained qualifications including; Level 3 Diploma in mat Pilates, Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Gym Instructor, and Les Mills Body Balance. 

 

 I have experience delivering a range of classes including Pilates, Fitness Yoga, Legs Bums and Tums, Aerobics, HIIT, core workouts and body conditioning. Having a background as a professional dancer, I also teach Dance Fitness and Barre workout classes.

I am a people person and like to bring my personality to class to create a relaxed, positive atmosphere. After all Fitness should be fun!
